Job Description
Our client is seeking a transformational technology leader to head Enterprise Technology Infrastructure & Operations across a global, 24x7 environment.
This role will drive large-scale modernization of infrastructure, service management, and digital workplace capabilities— embedding automation, AI/ML, and Cloud-First architecture to enable a resilient, scalable, and future-ready enterprise ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
•Define and execute enterprise infrastructure & operations strategy
•Lead service management transformation and elevate digital employee experience
•Drive automation-led optimization across Digital Workplace, Service Desk, and Asset Lifecycle
•Ensure resilience and scalability of core enterprise platforms
•Align Infrastructure, Tech Operations, and Cyber Security for seamless delivery
•Lead global, multi-geo teams delivering 24x7 enterprise services
•Strengthen governance, partner ecosystem management, and value realization
Experience
•20–25 years of enterprise technology leadership experience
•Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure & operations transformation
•Deep expertise in ITSM/ITIL, Digital Workplace, and Cloud-enabled environments
•Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at CXO level
•Demonstrated experience leading global teams and strategic technology partners
•Passion for automation, innovation, and operational excellence
Qualification
•Graduate, preference for degree in Computer Science (MCA/BS/BE) with industry recognized certifications
•Engineering graduate with MBA (preferred)
•Trained in ITIL, at least one cloud technologies, certification in Project Management (PMP/CPM/PPM/PRINCE2), ITIL/ITSM
