Amit Sharma

Managing Partner

Amit is the founder of Spencer n Hills and spearheads the Business Strategy, Growth, Innovation and Transformation plans for the organization and also develops and nurtures all key Client Relationships.

Having an entrepreneurial mindset, he build the business from scratch having hands on experience in Operations, Client Relationship, Talent Acquisition, Consulting and Career Advisory.

He brings in more than two decades of experience and has led the firm’sgrowth into multiple industries and expansion across geographies including Southeast Asia, MEA, US, UK, Australia and Eastern European region.He is a trusted advisor on leadership succession and talent management for clients across sectors and helps clients resolve their leadership issues. He also plays an active part in the firm’s Executive Assessment.

Amit graduated in Mathematical Statistics from Delhi University and is a Post-Graduate in Management from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management.

A fitness freak, swimming comes naturally to Amit and he’s passionate about hiking, trekking and adventure sports.

Donna Paul Sharma

Managing Partner

Donna is the co-founder of Spencer n Hills and brings with her over two decades of experience in leading Talent Acquisition, Execution, Business Development and Client Relationship.

She’s significantly contributed to the firm’s expansion and growth in South East Asia, UK, US, Middle East and Eastern Europe and her experience is rooted in these markets.

Donna conducts complex leadership searches across multi-industry clients globally and specializes in Executive Recruitment, Leadership Development and is active in the firm’s Executive Assessment.

In her current role, Donna leads SNH’s Diversity and Inclusion practice, advising clients with smart solutions to attract and achieve diversity hiring targets. She’s deeply committed to driving diversity in leadership.

Donna is an alumnus of Jesus and Mary College having specialization in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources.

An adoring mum to her two young children, Donna is a travel enthusiast and enjoys going to unexplored destinations to unwind.

Rakesh is a Senior Principal with Spencer n Hills and leads the Technology and Engineering practice globally.

He’s involved in Executive Recruitment across geographies including India, US and APAC and focuses on Engineering and Technology sector with special emphasis on Robotics Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud computing, IOT, Analytics and Blockchain.

Rakesh has been instrumental in building strong client relationship and advises clients on their talent strategy, in order to build future-ready digital enterprises.

On the personal front, he is a passionate biker and has his own travel stories from Sikkim to Ladakh.
